However, except as required by law, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given (except in CA, CO, CT, MA, ME, NJ, OR, RI, TX, WA and VT to the extent required by law and wherever else required by law). Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and except as required by law, unused gift cards are not refundable.
